Return / Replacement Policy


At SMARTKARD, we strive to ensure that your experience with our NFC business cards is seamless. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, defective, or is different  from what you ordered, you are entitled to request a free replacement within 3 days of delivery. To facilitate this process, please ensure that the item is in its original condition, including the manufacturer's packaging. Our customer support team may contact you to better understand the issue before proceeding with the replacement.

Customized Orders
For customized orders, we meticulously print the cards based on the information provided during the order. Due to the personalized nature of these orders, we regret that we cannot accept replacement, refund, or cancellation requests for spelling mistakes or changes of mind. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Please note that no refund will be issued for requests made more than 3 hours after the placement of the order. If you wish to raise a cancellation or refund request within this time frame, kindly CLICK HERE. It's essential to be aware that refunds will not be provided if your smartphone lacks NFC capability.


Warranty Policy
We stand by the quality of our products, and your NFC business card is covered by a one-year warranty starting from the date of order delivery. This warranty specifically applies if you encounter a tapping issue, meaning the card does not tap on your NFC-enabled smartphone.


Important Note: Tapping Issue
To utilize the tap feature, your smartphone must have NFC capability. If you face any tapping issues within the warranty period, please CLICK HERE to raise a replacement request. Our team will promptly address and resolve the matter to ensure your continued satisfaction with our product.
